Q: Are these posters mass produced?

A: No. Every Kic Jam Designs print and poster is created in-house by Los Angeles graphic artist, Kevin Tinglof, and is printed to order to ensure quality.

Q: What if I see a poster I like but I would like it to say something different. Do you do custom orders?

A: Yes, we will do some customization at an additional cost. Email us at kicjamdesigns@gmail.com for a quote.

Q: What if I receive my order and it's damaged?

A: We ship all our prints and posters in a heavy-weight cardboard tube to ensure it arrives at your home in perfect condition. But we realize that accidents with delivery do happen. So if your poster arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction is important to us!

Q: What if I receive my print or poster and it's not exactly what I was hoping for? Will you refund my money?

A: If you are not satisfied with your poster or print, simply return it to us in its original condition and we will refund your money minus the cost of shipping.

Q: Will you be adding more posters and prints to the collection?

A: Yes! We are busy at work creating new and exciting retro-style posters. Sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know when they launch.

Q: What's with the name Kic Jam? Where did that come from?

A: As we've said in our About Us section, Kic Jam Designs is a family-run business. The name is a mash-up of everyone in the family.
